GamerSushi Asks: What Are You Playing?

sniper elite 3

With the Steam Sale in full swing and the hot summer weather outside, there’s no better reason to stay inside and play some video games!

In this somewhat regular post series, we ask you guys a pretty simple question: what have you been playing?

Personally I’ve been moseying my way through Watch Dogs. Originally I started off doing all of the side quests but as the game has dragged on (I’m at the last mission of Act 3) I’ve kind of given up on that and am devoted to getting through the story as quickly as possible. Other than that I’ve been playing Pikmin 3, the free game I got from Mario Kart 8. It’s very fun with the gamepad, but also kind of hard, which I didn’t expect.

Other than that I hope to tackle Sniper Elite 3’s co-op, Company of Heroes 2’s Western Front Armies expansion and the Payday 2 Big Bank Heist. What’s on your plate?

  1. I need to get back into payday 2, I got up to level 50 something and I need to “finish” it but its hard to do without an actual crew. Besides that I’ve been playing a large amount of Space Engineers its like Minecraft.. but in space.

  2. I finally picked up black flag and by golly that is a fun game. I’ve almost finished capturing all the territories in Rome total war 2 as well. What a gorgeous summer it is to play games.

  3. Nice image on Sniper Elite 3 there, I appreciate it!

I’ve been playing that with the community a bit. I’ve also dipped back into Planetside 2 with it’s new map. As always brought way too much in the Steam sale so I should probably pick one of those next…

  4. Counter-Strike GO has absolutely swallowed all of my gaming time lately. During the sale I dipped into Pixel Piracy (so hard), some Delver (keep getting stuck in the geometry which sucks), some co-op BattleBlock Theatre which is awesome. I also picked up MonoChroma and Richard & Alice but I haven’t tried those, keeping them for a quiet night.
