Check Out The Official Trailer for Batman: Arkham Knight

This morning Batman: Arkham Knight got rumored and confirmed in a whirlwind of profession games journalism (hats off to you, boys) and now we have the first official trailer “Father to Son”. Rocksteady is once again taking up the cowl but this doesn’t look anything like a Silver Age Batman, which was rumored to be their next project. Batman: Arkham Knight drops this fall for the Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Check out the trailer below!

  1. Can’t wait for this. Rocksteady understands Batman better than any of the films’ makers do, and I’m excited to see where they go with the game. I’m also glad to see the game is not coming out on last gen systems, so we don’t have to worry about catering to the lowest common denominator.

  2. I’m feeling a bit fatigued with the Batman series at the moment, surely im not the only one hoping Rocksteady was working on a different DC franchise?

  3. I’m excited about the prospect of this being next gen/PC only. I didn’t play Arkham Origins, so I guess I’m more receptive to MOAR BAMAN than most.

@Vanilla Bear Now that I’m caught up on the Arrow TV show, a Green Arrow game would be totally rad…he’s pretty much Batman, except with a bow and arrow so it would be an easy leap.

I actually just started watching Arrow recently, and I’m fairly impressed with it. It’s a great show, and if anyone could make a Green Arrow game, Rocksteady could do it fantastically.

I do love Arrow :P, but I’d rather Rocksteady tackle someone a little harder to translate to a video game like Superman, The Flash, Green Lantern, or hell even Lobo.

On a slightly different note, i hope to god that the joker isn’t in the new one. As enjoyable as he is, its anti-climactic when he is always an antagonist.
