GamerSushi Asks: What Are You Playing, Thanksgiving 2012

Walking Dead

Greetings, Sushians. I hope this fattiest of holiday weeks finds you well. I’m assuming here that our American Thanksgiving holiday is so important that the rest of the world celebrates it, too. Or at the very least, it should. You can take that as official word from the US that it’s OK for you to celebrate Thanksgiving wherever you are tomorrow. It’s simple, really: eat all the things. And then eat them again.

Anyway, I’ll be celebrating the holiday this week by hanging out with family and playing some games. I’m between jobs right now, so I have a small stretch here where I’m getting to finally play some things that have been on my radar lately. Namely, Halo 4, Assassin’s Creed 3, picking XCOM back up and today, Walking Dead Episode 5. I am super excited about that last one.

So what about you guys? What are you playing this week? What are you eating? Go!

  1. Now don’t hate me for it, but I’m actually having a lot of fun playing Black Ops 2. I know it’s rather bro of me, but I grew up on shooters, Call of Duty included. This one feels a lot different and it’s actually quite fun *gasp*. I’m also playing TF2 as usual and I’m going to be getting Dishonored at some point and giving it a run through. I may be playing some more Left 4 Dead 2 as well because it’s always a blast with friends

  2. Dont ever feel bad about playing something you enjoy. Fun is fun.

Just started the Mr Torgue DLC for Borderlands with my buddies, so far Im enjoying it much more then Scarlett’s Booty. Besides that some Halo 4 and Black Ops 2 zombies.

  3. My consistent game at the moment seems to be Guild Wars 2 but I’ve recently been spending a bit of time with Halo 4 and some newly released Planetside 2. Gaming, lets never break up again.

  4. League of Legends and TF2. A perfect balance of strategy and action for me to digest from playing both games. I’ve got a couple of Shogun 2 co-op campaigns going on at the moment so I’m having fun with that too.
