Gears of War 2: Horde Mode “Do-Nots”

For those of you who don’t know, Gears of War 2 features “Horde Mode”, where you and 4 friends are holed up in an area, attempting to survive wave after wave of next gen baddies.

While this sounds like co-op heaven, multiplayer games are tarnished by just one d-bag that doesn’t know how to play the game or refuses to play by the rules.

Well, OXM has released its list of the “7 Deadly Sins of Horde Mode” in preparation for the big GoW2 release date.

Read up and get familiar with the sins in question so you don’t muck up my Horde game!

  1. “Dont pick your nose with a knife”

THANKS! never would haev guessed. Those really arnt that helpfull, other than telling us about where they spawn, and about this mortar. I bet this list may change later, someone will find the trick to this.

  2. Ha, well the list was meant to be more comedic than informative. But it’s cool to get some new details about Horde Mode, that’s for sure.

  3. I’m going to be absolutely honest with you guys. I didn’t play GoW1 [when it first came out] because I didn’t have a 360 yet. Yeah, I was still playing…something, I don’t know. Was it Wii? God, I can’t even remember a time without CoD4! lol Anyway, I got GoW about a few months ago when I heard GoW2 was released, as well as for the fact that me and my brothers from other mothers wasted a perfectly good night playing GoW – and it was time well wasted. I loved curb-stomping my lesser-coordinated friends. Funny thing was, this was really my first time playing GoW, and I was pwning everyone by game three or four. I bought the game, but now I’m kind of regretting it because I never play GoW anymore, and I rarely played it even when I bought it. Ugh… I’ll probably just exchange GoW1 for GoW2, and I won’t feel so bad.
Yeah, so here I am now, waiting for GoW2. I have to say, GoW2 looks pretty fun, and a huge improvement on GoW1. The multiplayer in GoW1 was solid, and GoW2 looks even better.

Oh, and these 7 Sins of Horde are hilarious!
