Waiting on Team Ico

It looks like we might not have to wait much longer to hear something about Team Ico’s next project. The creators of Ico and Shadow of the Colossus are apparently hard at work on whatever their next game is, set to appear on the PS3. Sony worldwide head Shuhei Yoshida has confirmed that the game will be shown “soon”.

For anyone that’s played either of those games, this is exciting news. I for one find Shadow of the Colossus to be one of the single greatest gaming experiences I’ve ever had, so I can’t wait to see what they’re going to crank out next. Surprisingly, Shadow of the Colossus seems to be a bit underrated to me in terms of the gaming world, specifically on other game sites making “top 50 games” lists, and such.

What about you guys, did you play Shadow of the Colossus or Ico? Excited about the new game?

    I too realised the majesty of that game/piece of artwork. But now i cant find a copy of it :( i should have bought it instead of rent it.
